Foundry History - FOUND!

 Wow folks... delighted to find historic photos of our new "Foundry" building.  It's been trasformed over the years from the birth of Pictou, through the industrial age and into the present.  You folks do a fantastic job of documenting our heritage!

Wow!

 I have just spent the BEST 2 hours I've had in a long time surfing through this site.  My old friend, Meredith Wisener, gave it to me and I have had a ball having lived in Pictou for the first part of my life.  It holds so many memories that are near and dear to me and this just topped it.  Thank you so much for all the time it  must have taken to put this together.  It will be a regular for me from now on.  Allison (MacLellan) Homer

Lobster Canrival Home-coming

 It was a real treat to have the ability to travel home to Pictou from Lubbock, Texas last year. Unfortunately I am scheduled for duty in the Permian Basin oilfields here in New Mexico and will miss the fabulous activities of the towns Lobster Carnival this year.
